ORDERING FROM MOONBEAMS & WHISKERS
Nearly every item at Moonbeams & Whiskers is handmade at the time of your order. Therefore, we ask that when placing an order you allow sufficient lead time.

LEAD TIME ON ORDERS
 
We prefer at least 2 weeks lead time (plus shipping time) on all orders. Sometimes we can rush orders - just ask.  Occasionally a particular component of your order may not be available from another supplier and additional time might be needed to fill your order. If an item cannot be obtained from a supplier we can always suggest substitutions. If we are experiencing a particularly busy time (or during the busy holiday season) order processing may take up to 3 weeks. Ideally the more lead time you can provide the better. Where possible we prefer to ship orders so that they arrive at least 1 week prior to the event.  However, this can only be the case when you place your order more than 3 weeks in advance of the event date.

PLACING AN ORDER

At Moonbeams & Whiskers we want to provide you with the most personable service possible. Therefore, we prefer that orders be placed via e-mail. To place your order you can contact us by e-mail at MadeByLisa@moonbeams&whiskers.com.  Alternatively you can also place your order using the contact form found on the website.
 
When placing your order please provide the following important information:

  1. The name of the item you wish to purchase;
  2. The Product ID Number of the item you wish to purchase;
  3. The number of items you wish to purchase;
  4. For products under the “Personalized Goods” section you will need to provide the names you wish to appear on your product.
Please note: WE CANNOT proceed with your order until at least [%] down payment (of the total order amount) has been received.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept direct bank transfers or payments via Paypal. Please note: WE CANNOT proceed with your order until at least a [%] down payment (of the total order amount) has been received.

SHIPMENT OF ORDERS

Every order is shipped via TNT postal service Priority mail. Orders within The Netherlands typically arrive in 1-2 days. Where possible we prefer to ship orders so that they arrive at least 1 week prior to the event.  However, this can only be the case when you place your order more than 3 weeks in advance of the event date.

SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS ON WRAPPED CHOCOLATE

Due to the delicate nature of chocolate during warm weather months wrapped candy is typically only shipped throughout the months of October thru March. During the months of April through September the nature of the weather will impact the possibility of shipments.  In the event that temperatures are too warm to allow shipment of wapped candy then arrangements may need to be made for pick-up or delivery of this product.  In cases where delivery is needed transportation charges will apply. 

SPECIAL NOTICE

Certain artwork in our collection is limited to 200 uses per year. Therefore we have to place limits on orders using these images. If you are planning an event in which you will need more than 200 items we can work with you to coordinate other designs that are available. We have a large range of graphics available and we can suggest a combination of coordinating designs to accommodate your needs. Please contact us via e-mail or phone to discuss any need that may arise above the 200 limit copyright.

GUARANTEE

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Moonbeams & Whiskers. If for some reason you are not, please contact us via email to initiate a return or exchange.
  1. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and in original, saleable condition. Special orders, samples, wrapped candy, and candy filled boxes are not returnable.
  2. All refunds will be issued within 30 days upon receipt of your returned merchandise. Refunds will be issued for your purchase amount less shipping and handling fees. Refunds will be issued in the same form as a sale.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange of any merchandise which does not meet these conditions.
  4. In the event that your package arrives to you damaged, please alert it's carrier of the damage upon opening. If your merchandise is damaged, it is important that you save all packaging to pursue your claim against its carrier.
  5. We are not responsible for merchandise which arrives late (or not at all) due to circumstances beyond our control.
